SaasHup is seeking a talented person to join its Develpement program. This role focuses on driving SaaS modernization, SaasHup adoption and best practices for enterprise customers. he helps to accelerate customer success and SaasHup adoption. Whether new to SaasHup or seasoned users, customers leverage our expertise to take their DevOps practices to the next level.


Responsibilities:

- Deliver Saas journey and envisioning sessions.

- Understand customer current state for Saas practices and tools.

- Work with the customer to build a Saas of proposed work.

- Guide customers through hands-on implementation tasks such as: develope and configure specific SaasHup, configure infrastructure, define roles and owners, create or migrate CI/CD workflows with SaasHup, enable SaasHup security features, and integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Auth0, Stripe, Portainer, etc.).

- Guide technical customers through best practices.

- Create and present customer-focused saas roadmaps.

- Author and peer review per-engagement trip reports. Work with SaasHup partners to deliver professional solutions.


Qualifications:

5+ years operating linux system

5+ years developpement with a good knowledge of node-red and web protocols and  standard

3+ years hands-on technical experience with DevOps tools and practices.

1+ years of customer facing experience (consulting services, technical sales, etc.).

Broad understanding of DevOps and Saas practices and tools (e.g., work management, coding practices, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, etc.).

Deep technical understanding of SaasHup first-party products and services.

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse customer audiences (e.g., senior leadership, management, technical/engineering contributors).

Ability to work remotely.

Willingness to travel up to 10%, travel requirements as usually between 5%
